We generally ship your order within 2 - 4 business days of when you submit it (Excludes weekends). However, delays can occur. If you need an order by a specific date, make sure you let us know in the comments section at checkout. Preferred orders placed after 11:00 a.m Eastern Time will not be shipped until the following business day. Preferred packages generally arrive the third full business day after shipment(Does not count day shipped).
We ship with UPS, Fed-Ex or the US Postal Service. Deliveries are generally made Monday - Friday. We do not offer a Saturday delivery service. In most cases, when using Ground service, you will receive your order within 4-10 business days of purchase. In some cases, it may take longer.
Alaska & Hawaii*Alaska, and Hawaii customers orders will generally ship
via the Postal Service Priority Mail. However, oversize items like saddles,
tall boots etc will ship via parcel post.

We happily ship to these addresses. Simply put your 3 letter designation in the space for "City", and then select the corresponding AA, AP or AE from the state list.
