Returns & Exchanges
When we ship your order, your paperwork shows the return by date printed on it(always at least 30 days from date of purchase). Fill out the enclosed form and make your return for an exchange, store credit or refund.
Items must be returned in BRAND NEW condition with all tags, bagging, etc. Returns made without tags, bags, etc may be subject to a restocking fee or refusals of the return. If you are returning a boxed product (boots, helmets etc), do not use that box as the shipping box. The product box must be in new condition as well.
You are responsible for shipping an item back to us. Exchanges ship upon receipt unless other arrangements have been made. Making a return? Once an item is returned to stock, a refund is made back to the original payment method within 30 days thereof.
We cannot take back the following items: Chemicals, Custom Items such as engraving or custom bags, Burlingham or Triple Crown.
